Meal Plans

So we have a lot of trouble doing meals at home. Luckily, we've gotten much better since going paleo, but we definitely still struggle with it. I'm going to try and compile a list of meals and snacks to help me. I've made this a separate page so I can continue adding to it without it getting 'lost' in the blog. I'm just going to start small, then when I have time add actual recipes and links to other sites with recipes I'd like to try and have tried.

So here's my simple list to start:

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with chives
Fried ham with maple glaze
Paleo pancakes
Apple slices with almond butter

Lunch: (Need more ideas for this!)
Leftovers? haha!
Watermelon
Strawberries
Raspberries
veggies (sliced carrot, celery, cucumber and cherry tomatoes) with cauliflower hummus

Dinner:
Mains:
BBQ chicken, pork chops, steak
Chicken kabobs with sweet peppers and onions
Roast beef
Roasted chicken
Arctic char with lemon, garlic and dill

Sides:
Steamed veggies (carrots, potatoes, green beans, broccoli)
Potato salad

Desserts:
Paleo cupcakes
Paleo chocolate mousse
Paleo cookies
